Description:
- Ampliqon Taq DNA Polymerase has a molecular weight of 95 kDa and exhibits both a 5’→3′ DNA polymerase and a 5’→3 exonuclease activity. The 5′-3′ exonuclease activity leaves a 3’dA overhang on the PCR product, which are convenient for direct T-A cloning. Taq DNA Polymerase lacks 3′-5′ exonuclease activity and proofreading ability.
