Ham’s F-10 Medium
Ham’s F-10 is a classical media designed to support the growth of a variety of cell types, including HeLa, Chinese Hamster Overy (CHO), primary cells from tissue explants and various types of human diploid cells. Serum supplementation may or may not be necessary depending on the type of cell being cultured.
